Feeding in Action operates around 35 Feeding Points in the Stellenbosch area to distribute meals and food parcels. The feeding points are the main focus of the organisation and allow us to have an extensive and meaningful impact on the people we serve.

Wonderbag
The Wonderbag is a very simple slow-cooker that Feeding in Action has adopted to improve the environmental sustainability and efficiency of our daily operations. The Wonderbag is placed around a pot once the food has reached boiling point on a stove. Instead of using electricity, the Wonderbag continues to cook the food using heat trapped inside the bag. The Wonderbag can save up to 30% on electricity & gas costs and prevents flavours, water and nutrients from escaping the pot, making food tastier and using less water.
